The last time we worked together, I was capturing their maternity session- now here we are, watching their little boy explore the meadow on wobbly legs with a quiet kind of wonder. What’s even more special is here in just two weeks, I’ll be photographing his first birthday! 🥺🥺
A Meadow, a Family, and the Sweetest Little Guy
Their son is seriously the sweetest. Thoughtful, gentle, and full of those curious glances that make you want to stop time. We kept the session simple and relaxed, letting him lead the way. The meadow at Nellie’s Cave gave us just enough space to roam without distraction, which is perfect for the natural, documentary-style approach I love.
A Year in the Life
I’m so thrilled to share that the Kelsors recently signed up for my Year in the Life subscription! They value family photography and want to capture this next year in their son’s life too, so it just made sense! While this session at Nellie’s Cave wasn’t part of the subscription, it feels like the perfect prelude to what’s ahead. Tomorrow, we’ll begin their official YITL journey at their FIRST session and I can’t wait to continue documenting their story as their little one grows and changes over the coming year. Getting to walk alongside families in this way is such an honor.
