Throughout most of the day, we take a documentary approach, observing and capturing the real interactions unfolding around you. The laughter with friends, the quiet conversations with family, and the moments you may not even realize are happening until you look back at your photographs.

Polaroids are especially meaningful to us because that’s where this whole dream started, when Melena was just a little girl discovering her love for photography with her mom's polaroid cam. Something really special: we found and use the very same vintage Polaroid camera she used back then.

It's time to plan! We will get together about 8 weeks before you wedding to discuss your timeline, your vision, and all the little details so that we can get on the same page. This is a great time to bond before the big day!
Step 02
Once you're ready to make it official, we'll complete the contract and invoice, securing your special date on my calendar. This is where the magic begins! We are thrilled to be your photographers and am truly so dedicated to making your wedding unforgettable.
Step 01
Our journey together begins with a simple step- fill out the inquiry form, and let's schedule a cozy chat. It's a chance for us to get to know each other, to hear all about your love story, and for me to understand your vision for your big day.
The Process
AN OVERVIEW OF
Your invoice will be broken up into three equal payments.
The first is a non-refundable retainer payment to secure your wedding date in my calendar!
The second is due halfway between booking day and wedding day!
The third and last payment is due a month before your wedding day!
(I also create custom payment plans when clients prefer payments to be spread out over longer periods of time.)
Payment Plan
Booking- All contracts, invoices, and payments are handled securely through HoneyBook, our client management system. Payments can be made easily through HoneyBook using debit or credit cards or through bank transfer (ACH).
Travel- Travel within two hours of our home base is included in every collection. If your celebration takes place beyond that distance, we’d love to travel, just reach out so we can create a custom destination quote.

Frequently Asked Questions
Protecting your memories is extremely important to us. Our cameras record every image to two memory cards at the same time using dual card slots, meaning each photograph is instantly backed up as it’s captured. On the night of your wedding, all images are transferred and backed up onto three separate high-quality hard drives that are kept in a secure environment protected from spills, damage, and power interruptions. This layered backup system ensures your photographs are safely preserved from the very beginning.
